1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Daprinti.com website and platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform provides an online marketplace that connects creators (“Sellers”) who offer digital 3D model files (“Models”) and related content, with users (“Buyers”) who purchase and download such Models.
Daprinti operates solely as a marketplace and is not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers except for:
Providing access to purchased Models through the Platform; and
Transferring funds from Buyers to Sellers through Stripe, provided Stripe accepts the transaction.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Registration and Accounts
Users must register to buy, sell, or upload content.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Sellers and Sales
3.1 Becoming a Seller
To sell on Daprinti, you must connect a verified Stripe account. Payments are made directly through Stripe, and you must comply with Stripe’s own terms and policies.
3.2 Seller Responsibility
Sellers are fully responsible for the Models and content they upload, including descriptions, licensing, and compliance with intellectual property laws.
Sellers agree that their listings and public profile are publicly visible, except for downloadable files, which are only accessible after purchase.
All transactions, communication, and potential disputes with Buyers are the Seller’s responsibility.
3.3 Commission and Fees
Daprinti charges a 10% platform commission per successful sale, in addition to Stripe payment and transfer fees.
3.4 Taxes
Sellers are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance, including VAT, income tax, or other obligations under applicable law.
4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payment Processing
All transactions are processed by Stripe. Daprinti does not store or have access to payment card details.
4.2 Payouts
Funds are transferred to Sellers’ Stripe accounts after deduction of platform and payment processing fees.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are primarily the responsibility of the Seller.
In the event of a dispute or non-delivery, Daprinti may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund to the Buyer.
Refunds may also be processed by Stripe in accordance with their policies.
4.4 Chargebacks
If a chargeback or reversal occurs, Daprinti reserves the right to recover the funds from the Seller, including any associated fees.
5. Licensing and Content Usage
Unless otherwise stated by the Seller, all Models uploaded to the Platform are provided under a default personal-use-only license.
Buyers may not:
Resell, redistribute, or re-upload purchased Models;
Claim ownership or authorship of the Models;
Use Models for commercial manufacturing, sale, or distribution unless explicitly licensed to do so by the Seller.
Sellers retain full ownership of their intellectual property rights unless otherwise transferred under a specific license.
6. Content Standards and Prohibited Use
Users may not upload or sell content that:
Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
Contains illegal, violent, hateful, pornographic, or discriminatory material;
Involves weapons, controlled substances, or any object restricted by law;
Contains malware or malicious code.
Daprinti reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its discretion if it believes the Terms have been violated.
7. Privacy and Data Disclosure
7.1 General Principles
Daprinti processes personal data in accordance with UK data protection law and its Privacy Policy.
7.2 Buyers
Name and email are shared with the Seller after purchase.
Buyer’s email is provided to Stripe during payment.
Additional data Stripe deems necessary for payment processing may be shared with the Seller (we do not control this)
7.3 Sellers (publicly visible data)
Display name and avatar image
Email address
Support email collected via Stripe
Country, city, and state from Stripe
Business type and legal name (unless individual)
Full business address (unless individual)
7.4 Data Retention and Deletion
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Personally identifiable information is permanently removed within 7 days, except for receipts, invoices, and records Daprinti must retain for legal and financial compliance

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Platform software, design, and branding are the property of Daprinti Global Limited.
Sellers retain copyright to their uploaded content. By uploading, they grant Daprinti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote their listings on the Platform and affiliated media.
Daprinti complies with applicable copyright law and will remove infringing content upon proper notice.
9. Liability and Indemnity
Daprinti provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or the quality of content sold by Sellers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Daprinti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Daprinti’s total liability shall not exceed the total platform commission received from the relevant transaction.
Users agree to indemnify Daprinti against any claim arising from their uploaded content, misuse of the Platform, or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
Users may delete their accounts at any time.
Daprinti may suspend or terminate any account or listing at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or law.
Upon termination, any remaining funds due to Sellers may be withheld pending resolution of outstanding disputes or investigations
11. Dispute Resolution
Daprinti encourages parties to resolve disputes directly between Buyer and Seller.
If unresolved, Daprinti may mediate in good faith but is not obliged to act as an arbitrator.
For legal disputes involving Daprinti, the governing law shall be English law, and the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Modifications
Daprinti may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms
