1. Overview

Daprinti operates an online marketplace that connects independent Sellers who offer digital 3D model files with Buyers who purchase them.All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which automatically splits funds between Sellers and Daprinti at the time of purchase.Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally limited and handled by Sellers directly.In specific circumstances, Daprinti may intervene and provide a refund at its discretion.

Refunds are not provided when:
  • The Buyer changes their mind or no longer needs the file;
  • The digital product matches its description and functions correctly;
  • The Buyer’s printer, software, or system is incompatible;
  • The Buyer has already used, printed, or modified the file;
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund claims are made.
Digital content is non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Deny refund requests in cases of abuse or misuse;
