2. Who We Are

Daprinti operates a digital marketplace that connects Sellers (creators of 3D models) with Buyers (users purchasing those models).
Daprinti Global Limited is the data controller for data we collect directly from users. Stripe and PayPal act as independent data controllers for payment data.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, and password.
  • Seller information (for payouts): legal name, business name, address, tax details, and Stripe account information.
  • Uploaded content: 3D models, images, descriptions, and other media.
  • Communication: messages or support requests you send to Daprinti

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser data (IP address, user agent, operating system).
  • Analytics data, including page views and traffic patterns, via cookies (see Section 8).
  • Logs of account activity such as logins, purchases, and downloads.

3.3 Information from Third Parties

We receive data from:
  • Stripe and (in future) PayPal, including verification results, payout status, and limited tax or business details for sellers.
  • Analytics and service providers that help us understand how our platform is used.

5.1 Shared with Sellers (when you make a purchase)

When a Buyer purchases a Model, the following information is shared with the Seller:
  • Buyer’s name and email address;
  • Buyer’s email address is shared with Stripe for payment processing;
  • Any other data Stripe deems necessary to disclose to the Seller for transaction records (we do not control this).

5.2 Shared with Buyers (public Seller information)

Each Seller’s public profile displays:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Avatar image
  • Support email (from Stripe)
  • Country, city, and state (from Stripe)
  • Business type and legal name (unless the Seller is an individual)
  • Full business address (unless the Seller is an individual)

5.3 Shared with Service Providers

We may share limited data with:
  • Stripe for payment processing;
  • Cloud hosting and analytics partners (e.g., AWS, Google Analytics);
  • Legal or tax advisors, where required by law
All service providers process data under contracts that comply with UK GDPR.
